Important notices

  • A valid Service Assist license file is required to activate the software. This will be provided by Blue Prism prior to installation based on purchase of licenses.
  • Internet Explorer 11 and later is no longer supported in this version of Service Assist.

Upgrade notices

  • The TrustPortal agent can no longer be run by configuring the appsettings.json file as this has been deprecated. Customers still using the appsettings.json file need to configure the agent via the Agents > Configuration tab in the web admin interface.
  • The workarounds implemented to fix the date deserialization issue in the Blue Prism Utility‑Collection Manipulation and Utility‑JSON VBOs need to be removed before upgrading to 1.6.25.
