New license key required
If you are upgrading from Process Intelligence 1.0 and intend to continue using the integration with Blue Prism Capture, you will require a new license key. For more information, see this Knowledge Base article.
Cloud version automatically updated
If you are using the Cloud version of Process Intelligence, your instance will be automatically updated to the latest version when a new version is released.
Logs recorded with the Recording Service 1.0 are no longer supported
Logs recorded with the Recording Service 1.0 are no longer supported in Blue Prism Process Intelligence 2.0. Please record logs using Recording Service 1.1 and later or contact Blue Prism Support if you need assistance with upgrading to a version which supports this feature.
