If the user has an unsupported language selected in their browser settings, the tool displays in English (United States). Previously, a mixture of languages displayed in PAT if a user selected multiple languages in the browser settings. |

PAT-347 |
A maintenance notification banner has been added to the Process Assessment Tool to notify users of upcoming planned maintenance schedules. The banner will appear at the top of all pages 24 hours prior to the scheduled maintenance time and will disappear once that time has passed. |
PAT-318 |
When selecting I don't know as answer to Approximately what percentage of the end-to-end process could be automated? in the Automation Potential section, and then deselecting this answer, the percentage slider retains the default value of 100%. Previously, the input in the percentage slider was incorrectly set to 0%. |
PAT-220 |
An issue has been fixed where selecting a user within a Space, Group or Team and clicking Next or Previous within the same page, the selected user stayed active allowing the Remove User and Edit Access options to be active. However, once one of the two options was selected, the pop-up dialog could not identify the selected user, which caused an error. A selected user no longer stays active when clicking Next or Previous within the same page in this scenario. |
PAT-343 |
Empty pages throughout the tool no longer incorrectly show 1-0 of 0 in the pagination but 0-0 of 0. |
PAT-320 |
The URLs for the Ease of Implementation (EI) section pages have been updated to include IE rather than EI to reflect the acronym update. |
PAT-314 |
The pagination on the Your processes page now updates as expected when the filter on the right-hand side is amended. |
PAT-241 |
Users are now redirected to an error page in all appropriate situations. Previously, this was not happening in the following scenarios:
|
PAT-183 |
The validation message in the Your spaces > Groups tab when there are no groups in the space has been updated to make it clearer to the users. |
PAT-313 |
An issue has been fixed where amending a question to incomplete within the benefits summary on a complete assessment, the potential capital savings column in the process table showed the currency used and a 0 amount. The potential capital savings now no longer display in this scenario. |
PAT-330 |
A new asterisk icon has been added to highlight non-mandatory and incomplete answers in a process assessment summary. |
PAT-24 |
Users are now prevented from entering numbers in the Currency drop-down field within the benefits area of a process assessment. Only the currency names are now available for selection in the drop-down field. |
PAT-263 |
Errors on the Your processes page now display in a user-friendly way explaining what the issue is and next steps the user must take. |
PAT-214 |
An issue has been fixed where filtering by a field with a minimum and maximum value (for example AP or EI score) the filter label showed a count of 2 rather than 1. The filter label is now applied correctly. |
PAT-266 |
Validation has been added to check whether a user is already a member of a space, and a message displays if attempting to add a user to a space to which they have already been added. |
PAT-258 |
Users are no longer able to bypass the mandatory registration questions by double-clicking Continue. |
PAT-235 |
Previously, the Date created filter could not be reset if a previous value had been cleared. This now works as expected. |
PAT-285 |
An issue has been fixed where the warning message that a user does not have access to a group persisted when the user navigated to a group to which they had access. The warning message now only displays for groups to which users do not have access. |
