Reports – Automation Rates

The automation rate reports enable you to view the automation levels of the data being processed by Decipher IDP during document classification and data capture.

These reports are populated with data stored in the separate reporting database. The reports will not populate if the database has not been created. You are given the option to create this database when installing Decipher Server.

Classification Automation

The Classification Automation report presents the accuracy of the automated data classification for each batch of documents. To create a classification automation report, select Reports > Automation Rates > Classification.

Deleted documents are not included in the automation count.

The non-standard data in this report is detailed below:

Column Description
Deleted Documents The number of deleted documents in this batch.
High Confidence Documents The number of high confidence (green tick) documents in the batch. These documents did not require operator input.

Low Confidence Documents

The number of high confidence (red warning sign) documents in the batch. These documents did require operator input.

Data Capture Automation

The Data Capture Accuracy report presents the accuracy of the automated data capture for each document. To create a data capture automation report, select Reports > Automation Rates > Data Capture.

Deleted documents are not included in the automation count.

The non-standard data in this report is detailed below:

Column Description
Complete Documents The number of high confidence (green tick) documents in the batch. These documents did not require operator input.
Documents with warnings The number of medium confidence (orange warning sign) documents in the batch. These documents required a small amount of operator input.

Incomplete Documents

The number of low confidence (red warning sign) documents in the batch. These documents required operator input.
