Checkmark (checkbox) groups

Before processing documents with check marks groups add checkmark group field to your document form definition.

  1. Load a batch containing documents with checkmarks.
  2. Draw a rectangle around the checkmark group to add a region. You can include the adjacent label in the checkmark region or only the box. A dialog will display focused on the checkmark group.
  3. Assign the correct response to each checkmark.
  4. Click OK to apply the changes and close the dialog.

For low quality or cluttered documents, you might need to right-click, select Remove all regions and redraw regions as required.
