Clone

If you need to change an object or process but want to keep an unedited, original copy, the clone option will copy an object or process, store it under a new name, and preserve the original.

1. Open an object or process in studio.
2. Click File > Save as. 
3. Enter a unique name for the duplicated item.

4. Select a group to store the duplicate object or process.

   You can only save items in groups that you have permissions to create processes in – other groups will not be listed.

5. Click Next.
6. If required, enter an description for the process.
7. Click Next.

The cloned object or process is created in the selected folder.
